If it’s been a while, or if you have dental anxiety, here’s exactly what happens when you come in.
New patients call 289-768-8773. We open at 8 am Monday through Friday, with Tuesday evenings until 7 pm. Tell us any concerns upfront and we'll note them for your appointment.
You'll meet the team, get digital X-rays, and a gentle checkup where every step is explained as we go. No surprises, no rushing. Anxious patients are particularly welcome.
Dr. Ho reviews what she found in plain language and lays out your options with costs. No pressure to commit to anything same-day. We direct-bill your insurance.
Payment & insurance
We direct-bill most insurance plans so you don’t have to chase reimbursements. Payment is due at the time of service.

She's known for taking the time to explain every step and for specialized training in tongue and lip tie frenectomy from Boston University and Tufts.
